Factory RealReport:Full Production Journey of Our Glass Packaging Bottles

Release time: 2026-09-08

The quality of glass packaging relies heavily on manufacturing competence and rigorous on site management. Follow us through our workshop, covering key procedures from molten glass forming to finished pallet preparation for export.

This is the IS machine forming workshop where bottle shapes take form. High temperature molten glass flows into precision multi cavity moulds. Strict temperature and pressure control ensures uniform wall thickness across every unit. Operators keep real time monitoring to sustain stable large batch output for wholesale orders. Quick mould switching supports wine bottles, oil bottles and cosmetic glass containers, covering both stock standard items and custom developed shapes.

Freshly formed bottles travel along conveyor belts to the annealing oven. This essential process removes internal glass stress, lowering cracking risks in subsequent transport and end use and boosting overall product durability.

Once annealed, bottles go through automatic inspection. Equipment checks neck threads, bottle mouth, surface bubbles, cracks and dimensional tolerance to filter defective units. Automated screening greatly reduces human error and maintains consistent quality for bulk overseas shipments.

Machine scanning is paired with manual visual re check. Staff sort out subtle scratches and minor cosmetic blemishes. This double inspection system minimises flawed goods reaching our international clients.

Qualified products move to packing stations. Bottles are placed into export grade cartons with divider boards. Partition sheets isolate each bottle and mitigate collision damage for long distance sea and land freight.

Sealed cartons are stacked firmly onto standard export pallets. Stock goods are wrapped with stretch film and waterproof covering against dampness. Ample warehouse inventory enables fast lead time for stock items.
