1. Ready-Stock Items: One Export Pallet

For all ready-stock glass bottles and jars, our minimum order is one export pallet.

To make sure your bottles fit safely inside standard shipping containers and withstand long-distance transport, all our pallets follow strict export dimensions:

Pallet Size (L × W × H): 1m × 1.2m × 2.1m

Pallet Base: 15cm

Usable Height for Bottles: 1.95m (2.1m total height minus the 15cm base)

How We Calculate Your Pallet Quantity

Because every bottle model has different dimensions, the exact number of pieces per pallet varies:

We calculate the optimal stacking arrangement based on the specific length, width, and height of your chosen bottle.

We maximize the available 1.95m vertical space while adding safe layer dividers to prevent breakage on the road or at sea.

Tip: If you are ordering ready-stock items, simply ask our team for the exact pallet count based on the specific bottle model you need.

2. Custom Bottles: One 40’HQ Full Container

For custom bottles, our minimum order is one 40’HQ full container.

Why We Require a 40’HQ Container for Custom Bottles

Production Efficiency: Manufacturing custom bottles requires setting up dedicated production runs for your unique design. A full 40’HQ container ensures efficient manufacturing costs and economies of scale.

Maximum Safety & Cost Savings: Glass is heavy and fragile. Shipping custom bottles in a full container avoids the rough handling, multiple transfers, and high ocean freight costs per unit often associated with loose cargo (LCL), drastically reducing both transit damage risk and shipping expenses.
